Crumbdrop is a small-batch bakery built around the thrill of a good release. Instead of baking a sprawling menu and hoping it sells, we make one thoughtful drop at a time—then bake exactly what our neighbors claim.

Our rhythm

Every Sunday, a new bake lands by text. It might be a deeply fermented sourdough, a seasonal fruit pastry, or a box made for an unhurried morning. Quantities are limited because each batch is made with care, not because we believe in artificial hype.
